Texada Stickleback Group Association

Club interests:  Texada Stickleback Group Association (TSGA) is the local Texada Island recovery implementation group for the rare and scientifically important stickleback species pairs (Gasterosteus spp.). Texada Island is home to two of only three known healthy genetic populations - the Vananda Creek limnetic / benthic pair and the Paxton Lake limnetic / benthic pair. Our goals are the stewardship and protection of the Texada Island populations of stickleback species pairs and their habitat.
